What are your store hours?

You may shop online 24 hours a day! If you need to visit our shop because you are local to Denver to drop off or pick up an order, our hours are by appointment only. Call 720-900-4489.
Do you ship outside of the US?

No, currently we do not. We are hoping to expand to international shipping soon!
Do you accept and embroider on customer supplied items?

Yes! We will embroidery on almost any items you can think of. Please see our store waver for customer supplied items.
What is your turn around time?

Our current turn around time for custom embroidery is 3-6 business days. Some requests can be done in 24 hours depending on the size of the order and if you are supplying your own items. Please ask about turn around time for your specific quote at time of order.
