Basic Embroidery Pricing Guide
Shipping and taxes are not included in the pricing listed. All prices are subject to change based on blank product used, distributor price, and actual design(s) needing to be embroidered. The prices below DO NOT INCLUDE the blank product cost. If you provide the products, the pricing below is correct. If you need us to provide the blanks, we will add that cost to your quote.
Digitizing fee: $30 up to 15K stitches per image (One time fee).
For each image provided, there is a $30 digitizing fee. This fee is to prepare your image to make it a readable embroidery (stitch) file. Acceptable image file would include PNG, JPEG, PDF or vector.

Client Provided Apparel
Yes, we will absolutely embroider on your items you bring us. However, please be aware that there is a small risk in doing so. Embroidery is a beautiful and elegant way to embellish your apparel but is also complicated and costly. To put it bluntly: embroidery takes longer and costs more than you expect. Although we take great care in our craft, It's Just My Hobby cannot be held responsible for items that may be damaged during the embroidery process. If you have items that are one of a kind or are impossible to replace, you will need to sign a waiver before the embroidery can begin.
